O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to remove the entry of attachment on the petitioner's property from the encumbrance certificate of the 2nd respondent's office records and online entry with regard to the Petitioner's property in Survey No.476/9B4A to an extent of 27 cents situated at Kayattar Village, Kayattar Taluk, Tuticorin District based on his representation dated 09.02.2026.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondents 3 and 4, notice to them is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 2/4
09.02.2026, seeking to remove the entry of attachment on the petitioner's property from the encumbrance certificate of the 2nd respondent's office records and online entry with regard to the petitioner's property. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2026 would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2026, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
