It is a petition seeking to quash the case in Crime No.15/2015 on the file of the 1st respondent as illegal insofar as the petitioner is concerned.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent NO.1.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on completing investigation, the petitioner, who has been arrayed as A5, has been exonerated vide order dated 17.03.2015.
