ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.Normally this Court does not issue any direction for initiating disciplinary action against particular officer. The employer alone can take discilpinary action against their employee. In this case, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that Sub-Collector, Padmanabhapuram has taken cogizance on the petitioner's complaint and pursuant to that he will hold an enquiry on 13.04.2022 at 03.00 p.m at Office of the Sub-Collector. Notice has been issued to the petitioner as well as the first respondent. The first respondent by their represented counsel appeared before this Court. The petitioner is directed to appear on 13.04.2023 at 03.00 p.m. Since second respondent himself has taken cognizance of the issue, no further order is required.
