ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet No.5 of 2006. The main grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 16.03.2021 has not been considered till date.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) who accepts notice for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner is pending for consideration.

3.In the circumstances, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Madurai District is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
