This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track No.II, Madurai to complete the trial and dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.364 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track No.II, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.364 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
