O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the petitioner's complaint as an FIR as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Trichy, Trichy District in Crl.M.P.N.6510 of 2016 dated 25.10.2016.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he had filed a private complaint in Crl.M.P.N.6510 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Trichy and the same was referred by the Magistrate by order dated 25.10.2016 to the 2nd respondent police under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., in respect of which the respondent police have not taken any action.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. Mr.R.Palanichamy, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Thillai Nagar Police Station, Trichy District is present before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Police have conducted enquiry on the complaint forwarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Trichy and submitted a report dated 03.12.2016 to the said Magistrate, in which, it is stated that enquiry revealed that the entire allegations had taken place within the jurisdiction of Coimbatore. A copy of the report dated 03.12.2016 submitted by the Inspector of Police to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Trichy has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

5. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
