ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.6 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2114 of 2024 and it is now pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
