O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry by the considering the petitioners' representation, dated 28.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioners, their son, was implicated in a criminal case of murder, hence, the respondent police used to harass the petitioners by frequently searching the house of the petitioners. The petitioners' son is not residing with the petitioners and they did not know about the whereabouts of their son. Therefore, they informed the police that if their son come to their house they will inform them. In spite of that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and threatened to foist a false case against them. In this regard, they had sent a representation to the respondent police and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the

petitioners' son involved in a murder case in Cr.No.432 of 2022 and thereby, they searched the petitioners son and enquired the petitioners in this regard. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioners as alleged by them. 4.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is not harassed by the respondent police, this petition stands closed.
