This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission for cultural event namely Adalpadal scheduled to be held 30.05.2018 at 07.00 pm., to 12.00 pm., in connection with the festival of "Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman, Sri Bagavathiamman Thirukovil"

situated at Chennampatti, Theppakulathupatti Post, Thadikompu Via, Dindigul District., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2018. 2.Heard Mr.V.Manikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the "Adalpadal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
