ORDER

This Memorandum of Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order of dismissal, dated 27.01.2015 passed in I.A.No.961 of 2014 in O.S.No.15 of 2013, by the District Munsif, Sivakasi. 2.Mr.G.R.Swaminathan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing the Civil Revision Petition and he prayed for joint trial of the suits in O.S.No.15 of 2013, O.S.No.77 of 2013 and O.S.No.43 of 2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent submitted that all the suits are pending before the same Court between the same parties and close relatives of the respondent herein and other respondents including the Revenue Officials.

3.In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent that the parties are one and the same and issues involved in all the suits are interlinked and submission of learned counsel for the respondent that he has no objection for allowing the Civil Revision Petition, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of without deciding the matter on merits. A direction is issued to the learned District Munsif, Sivakasi to dispose all the suits in O.S.No.15 of 2013, O.S.No.77 of 2013 and O.S.No.43 of 2014, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 31st August, 2016. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
