ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission of Oliperukki to perform Valli Thirumanam Nadagam to be held on 02.04.2019 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2019, in connection with the Panguni Festival at Sri Selva Vinayakar kovil Meiyakovundanpatti, Yennai Post, Illupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has made a representation dated 23.03.2019 to the respondents, to grant permission for using sound box to perform

the drama 'Valli Thirumanam' and since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation within a period of two days from today (27.03.2019) and on such representation, the concerned second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, preferably, on or before 30.03.2019.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
