Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the E-Auction Sale Notice, dated 09.03.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct

the first respondent to restructure the loan accounts and to give reasonable time to repay the loan amount fully. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Anand For Respondents : Mr.Pala Ramasamy

************ [Order of the Court was made by SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J.] This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari cum Mandamus to quash the E-auction sale notice, dated 09.03.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that no bids were received pursuant to the E-auction sale notice, dated 09.03.2019 in respect of the auction that was to take place on 30.03.2019. The learned counsel further submitted that fresh notice will be issued in respect of the subsequent E-auctions.

4.In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
