ORDER

This application has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 5 to 7 herein as respondents 5 to 7 in the above second appeal as legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent namely T.Venkitasamy. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition. 4.Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition and also the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the view that this petition is allowed.
