ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 352, 427, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 03.03.2023, while the defacto complainant went to Palayamkottai road in her activa bike, the petitioner along with other accused persons unlawfully assembled by using filthy language and threatened the defacto complainant and they caused damages to the bike worth about Rs.35,000/-. Hence, the complaint.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD).No.4590 of 2023 4.It is seen that the petitioner along with other accused persons threatened the defacto complainant and also completely damaged the two wheeler of the victim. He committed very serious offence as against the victim and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case.
