PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue to direction, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner complaint dated 17.11.2021 and issue non traceable certificate in respect of missing sale deed dated 18.11.1998 which was duly registered as Document No.3655 of 1998 as well as power of attorney deed dated 30.12.1992 registered as Document No.338 of 1992 on the file of Woraiyur Sub-Registrar Office at Trichy District pertaining to the petitioner's property situated at Trichy District, Woraiyur Sub Registration District, Srirangam Taluk, Manikandam Panjayat, Athavathu Keelpathi Village, Ayyan Poonjai Old S.F.No.467-2, New S.F.No.79-2, measuring acre 1 cent 0.3 land within the stipulated period.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 17.11.2021 and issue a Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner.

2.The petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent for missing of her original sale deed dated 18.11.1998 which was duly registered as Document No.3655 of 1998 as well as the power of attorney deed dated 30.12.1992 registered as Document No.338 of 1992 on the file of the Woraiyur Sub Registrar Office at Trichy District pertaining to the property situated,Old S.F.No.467-2, New S.F.No.79-2 measuring 1acre 0.3 cents , Ayyan Poonja at Srirangam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Taluk, Manikandam Panjayat, Athavathu Keelpathi Village on 17.12.2021. She has also made paper publication with regard to the missing of original document.

3. Considering the above the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non traceable certificate to the petitioner after ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
