ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2019, wherein he has requested the authorities based on some information obtained under RTI Act from the higher officials that the petitioner's name has not been included in the list of history sheet and he wants the same to be considered by the police officials.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2019, within a period of six weeks from today. Till such time, the petitioner shall not be harassed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
