ORDER

Invoking the provisions of Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have approached this Court with this Civil Revision Petition, seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul to dispose of the application in I.A.No.805 of 2015 in O.S.No.653 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a time, which may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.K.P.Narayanakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the averments of the grounds of the Civil Revision Petition.

3. It appears that the revision petitioners herein, who are the plaintiffs, have filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.805 of 2015 in the suit in O.S.No.653 of 2015 seeking to return the original documents after replacing the certified copies and the same has been unnecessarily and periodically adjourned without assigning any valid reason and therefore, the petitioners being the plaintiffs have approached this Court by way of this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the related facts and circumstances, this Court is of view that in the interest of Justice it may be expedient to issue a direction to the trial Court, as sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, is hereby directed to dispose of the application in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I.A.No.805 of 2015 in O.S.No.653 of 2015, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without loss of further time. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
