3.The only grievance of the petitioner is that, she has made application to the first respondent to survey her land in Re-survey No.31/2 for an extent of 5868 sq.ft situated in Mulakarai, Thiruparamkundram Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District. However, so far no action seems to have been taken by the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

5.Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following direction:- "The first respondent is hereby directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 17.07.2017 with regard to survey the land and boundary of the petitioner and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
