ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 506(ii), 307 and 109 of IPC in Crime No.73 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity on the instigation of this petitioner the accused persons had abused, assaulted the defacto complainant and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.
3.Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report 4.Taking into consideration the grievous injuries sustained by the defacto complainant and also the fact that the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
