To call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchirapalli passed in MC No.28 of 2016 dated 29.08.2018 and to set aside the same.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.SREENIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.ANANDHA PADMANABAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 466 days in filing the Crl.R.C.(MD)No.SR9537 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. In the above circumstances, this Petition is allowed on condition of payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the respondents counsel on or before 29.10.2020, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
