This petition is coming for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 10.04.2018 and the letter submitted by Principal District Munsif/Additional District Munsif(FAC), Sankarankoil in D.No.524 of 2018 Dated 10.10.2018, seeking extension of time and upon hearing Mr.S.RAMESH ALIAS RAMIAH,Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:- 1.

This is the second time, the Judicial Officer is seeking for extension of time. The Judicial Officer is directed to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
