ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to conduct the investigation and to file the final report in Cr.No.109 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police before the concerned Court within stipulated time fixed by his Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in Cr.No.109 of 2022 has been completed and Final Report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ramanathapuram and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.3 of 2022.

3.Since Final Report has been filed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
