This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 6th respondent dated 19.03.2020 based on 3rd respondent order A2/Mc1/2021 dated 17.03.2021 quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to give a permission for Thavamkala Thirupali Arathani at Paloor Village, Killiyur Taluka, Kanyakumari District at any date within the month.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
