In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal before the learned Sub Court, Pattukottai. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
