O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents particularly the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil transaction between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 8 with view to take over possession of the agricultural property Singikulam Village, Kallakadu Taluk, Tirunelveli District and further forbearing them in harassing the petitioner for achieving their object forthwith. 2.Heard Mr.S.Palani Velayutham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate, appearing for R1 and R2.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.681 of 2016.

4.Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.681 of 2016 by calling both the parties and take action in accordance with law. The respondent shall ensure that no law and order problem and no party engage his violence against others.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
