This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.314 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that after completion of enquiry, the case was closed as ''mistake of fact" on 29.08.2015 and referred charge sheet notice has also been served upon the petitioner on 13.03.2017.
