O R D E R
The petitioners have come forward with this Civil Revision Petition to set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 11.09.2015 in I.A.No.400 of 2015 in A.S.No.7 of 2013 passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur.
2. The petitioners herein are the proposed legal heirs of the deceased 8th respondent and the respondents-1 to 3 are the appellants and the respondents-4 to 11 are the respondents and the respondent no.12 is the proposed legal heirs of the deceased 8th respondent in A.S. No.7 of 2013. During the pendency of the appeal suit in A.S. No.7 of 2013, the appellants have filed a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
interlocutory application in I.A.No.400 of 2015 in A.S.No.7 of 2013 before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur to implead the petitioners-1 & 2 and the respondent-12 herein, as the legal heirs of the 8th respondent in the appeal and the trial Court has allowed the interlocutory application. Aggrieved over the same, the revision petitioners have come forward with this Civil Revision Petition.
3. The learned counsel who appearing for both the parties submitted that the appeal in A.S.No.7 of 2013 was disposed on 08.02.2018.
4. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
