ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Peraiyur to dispose the case in C.C.No.25 of 2019 in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

4. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur to dispose the case pending in C.C.No. 25 of 2019 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this Court after completion of the proceedings. petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
