This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.312 of 2014, dated 21.04.2014, from the file of the second respondent to a competent Officer for investigation and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that already the complaint has been enquired into and it was closed as "Mistake of Fact".
