The writ petitioner was called upon to remove the grill gate put up by her. Challenging the stand of the authorities, she filed WP(MD)No.17709 of 2024. Interim relief was granted. The writ petition is still pending. Unless the interim order is vacated or the writ petition is dismissed, the petitioner will not be called upon to remove the gate.

2.With this observation, this contempt petition stands closed.
