This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.148/2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on completing investigation, the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 30.06.2016 and closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.
