This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents, particularly the 3rd respondent to register the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint dated 11.12.2015 of the petitioner, after holding a preliminary enquiry and then to proceed with further in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a preliminary enquiry had been conducted and the same was closed. She has also produced a copy of the RCS notice before this Court, which has already been received by the father of the complainant with due endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
