O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner to enjoy his property based on the representations dated 21.01.21025 and 14.02.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, there was a property dispute pending between the petitioner and the private parties. Since they are causing trouble and disturb his peaceful possession, the petitioner has sent representations to the respondent police on 21.01.2025 and 14.02.2025 seeking police protection. But, the same were not considered. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.01.2025 was already enquired and closed. However, again the petitioner has sent another representation on 14.02.2025 and the same is under enquiry.

4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider his representations, dated 21.01.2025 and 14.02.2025 and to provide police protection and already after enquiry the representation, dated 21.01.2025 was closed by the 2nd respondent police, this Court hereby direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.02.2025 within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above directions and observations, this petition stands disposed of.
