The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 26.06.2016 to the respondents for providing police protection to his life and limb, which has not yet been considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 26.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
