ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's request has already been rejected vide Memorandum dated 27.04.2019. It is for the petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law.

2. Leaving open all the rights of the petitioner, the Writ petition stands closed. No costs.
