[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 17.12.2024 to demolish the illegal construction made by the 6th respondent in the portion of the public street, which runs from South to North and from East to West in Survey No.27 at Ward-H, Block No.26, 1st Street, Mathavan Nagar, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, is kept pending till date without any progress. Therefore, he has filed this Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer. 3.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5. Mr.M.Kannan, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the 3rd respondent, submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed on its own merits within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 4.
Notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with, since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the 6th respondent. 5.
petitioner dated 17.12.2024, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 6th respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
