Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue Joint Patta in their favour in respect of the property in S.F.No.162/2 for an extent of 1.78 Acres situated at Natham Village, Dindigul District within the time frame fixed by this Court on the basis of his representation dated 03.12.2018 and 25.03.2019.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of matter. The respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice, before passing final orders. This Court has not given any positive direction to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. No costs.
