ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.58 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thilagar Thidal Police Station, Madurai City.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that in this case, investigation is complete and action is dropped, and on RCS notice in No.17 of 2024, dated 03.08.2024, is also served on the defacto complainant.
3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
