When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.04.2019, this Court directed the lower Court to give a report regarding the stage of the suit. In response to the direction of this Court, a report was received from the learned Additional District Munsif, Tenkasi stating that O.S.No.39 of 2009 is disposed of on 01.07.2016. 2.Recording the aforementioned report, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
