ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 23.01.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.1710 of 2025.

2. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that necessary action has already been initiated under the Land Encroachment Act and eviction notices have been issued to the alleged encroachers following due process of law. However, the said notice has been put to challenge in W.P.(MD)No.3097 of 2026 and the said writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned not to dispossess the writ petitioner therein.

3.In view of the above submission and the factual position placed before this Court, no wilful disobedience of the order of this Court can be attributed to the respondents herein.
