JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 07.04.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.26620 of 2019 on the file of this Court. 2.Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the similar matter has already been decided by this Court in W.A.(MD)No.264 of 2024, dated 27.02.2024 and the same is also applicable to the present case on hand.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has not disputed the said submission.

4.In view of the said submissions, since the issue involved in this appeal is squarely covered by the said order dated 27.02.2024, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of on the same line. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
