This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.05.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is closed. The respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not already furnished and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
