ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in connection with the impugned complaint in Crime No.588 of 2021 dated 08.11.2021 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same in so far the petitioners are concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.588 of 2021 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.27 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
