Respondent PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram district, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2016 dated 05.06.2016 and to file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram district, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2016 dated 05.06.2016 and to file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires one month time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
