This Criminal Petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.46/2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.Heard Mr.D.Rameshkumar, counsel for petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the Respondents.

3.Mr.Asirvatham, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Aaravayal Police Station, Sivagangai, is present before this Court.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that investigation on Crime No.46/2016 has been completed and the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

service of RCS notice on the de-facto complainant and that the learned Magistrate has also accepted the same.
