This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 04.03.2025 under Section 482 of BNSS, praying to release the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No.14 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police pending investigation.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in Crime No.14 of 2025. Hence, this criminal original petition has become infructuous. In that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file. The scanned reproduction of the endorsement is as follows:
