The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the appeal against the order, dated 31.07.2025 passed in Na.Ka.No.26278/N3/2018 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
