Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the respondent-Police had registered a case in Crime No. 41 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), and 351(3) of the BNS, 2023, all of which are bailable in nature Hence, this petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
