Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order and Na.Ka.No. 27727 /H4/ 2017, dated 16.04.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to approve the appointment of Mr.C.Madasamy as Headmaster to the petitioner school with effect from 7/2/2011 and release all grants by paying his salary at the scale of secondary grade teacher from 7/2/2011 to 6/2/2016 and then at the headmaster scale till date with all other service, monetary and attendant benefits.
