Respondents/Respondents Prayer : This Civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to the impugned fair and decreetal order dated 25.11.2015 I.A.No.716 of 2015 in O.S.No.589 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, set aside the same.

ORDER

Heard Mr.V.Janakiramulu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

2.This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.716 of 2015 in O.S.No.589 of 2015 dated 25.11.2015 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.03.2019 and 05.04.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was posted for hearing on 12.04.2019. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4.On the side of the first respondent, it is stated that I.A.No.716 of 2015 was filed for appointment of a Court Commissioner and that the Commissioner was already appointed by the Court and he has filed a report and the petitioner who is the plaintiff in the suit has marked the Commissioner report in the evidence and that both side evidence was over and the case is pending for the arguments of the defendants. Status reported is also filed on the side of the respondents.

5.In the above circumstances, there is nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
